Reiki

Through mindful modalities like Reiki, meditation, intuitive readings, Cait holds space to help you connect to your highest self and ground into the knowing awareness you hold inside. Together we'll explore the infinite possibilities to create more ease, joy, abundance and purpose in your day to day.

Inspired by her own healing journey and accepting the idea that life’s defining moments don’t need to be so, Cait is moved by the endless possibility that exists when one is connected and aligned to their truest self. A student of life’s twists and turns, she found Reiki as an alternative therapy to support her through her grief, stress, physical pain, and found herself humbly awakened. She continued to follow this path, which led her to eventually becoming a Reiki master and meditation teacher herself with the hopes of helping others find this divine connection. Cait shares her gifts with the hope of helping others connect with their highest self to bring more joy, alignment, and purpose to each day.

I am learning and changing–just as you are–every single day. With supportive teachers, guides and practices I’ve spent a lot of the past few years being with what is true for me. It involved getting quiet enough to hear what my heart is asking for, feeling the discomfort of accepting it, and moving through the resistance to take aligned action towards it. It’s not easy, or pretty, or straightforward. As someone who likes answers (and plans) I’m challenged at every step to surrender the outcome and do the next true thing. These days, the true thing is offering my gifts to support others on their journey of healing, self- compassion and self-discovery. I will create and hold space that allows you to feel love, at ease and in connection to the divine goodness of the universe. I will help you connect to your highest self and ground into the knowing awareness you hold inside, so that you can live and create in alignment with your highest purpose”

Having participated in high level soccer from a young age, I was drawn to the wonders of the human body, especially as I recovered from various injuries including a concussion. I was receiving treatment from several practitioners, where I was first introduced to osteopathy. I immediately became intrigued and eager to embark on my journey into the health and wellness space.

I began to study human kinetics at the University of Guelph and minored in neuroscience as I found the connection between the brain and the body fascinating. During this time, I was involved with concussion research teams at McMaster University and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation.

I then attended the Ontario College of Health and Technology where I received my diploma in massage therapy, and began my manual therapy career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I am currently studying at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, integrating my growing manual therapy techniques into my massage therapy practice to best address client’s wellness goals.

Using my assessment and manipulation skills with a combination of fascial, soft tissue and mobilization techniques, I aim to restore balance within the body, promote healing and provide therapeutic treatment tailored to each client. I am happy to work collaboratively with other practitioners as part of your health and wellness journey.

Leandri is a craniosacral therapist and osteopathic student and has been working as a healthcare professional since 2010.

She started her educational journey by studying Optometry at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. She gained invaluable experience in primary care and eye disease while working with a wide range of patients, from children to the elderly. After immigrating to Canada in 2016 she was introduced to vision therapy and neuro-optometric rehabilitation, and in 2018 she began her training as a neuro-visual therapist.

As a vision therapist, Leandri was part of a multidisciplinary team for clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries. Here she was introduced to the fascinating field of osteopathy. She quickly recognized the positive influence of osteopathy not only on vision-related and visual-vestibular symptoms, but also on strabismus, developmental delays, behavioural disorders, and learning-related difficulties.

Being so convinced and excited about the benefits of this discovery, she pursued further studies with the Canadian College of Osteopathy. In 2022 she received advanced training in craniosacral therapy for both adults and children.

Leandri strives to treat her clients with compassion and care and wants to help them build harmony within. She is passionate about health and overall wellness, especially in women, children, and the elderly. Her gentle and peaceful spirit brings calmness and a sense of order to those around her.

Hello, I’m Sophia! During my academic pursuits to become a naturopathic doctor, I was “graciously” thrown into motherhood with minimal expectations. I learned rather quickly that breastfeeding was no easy task. Neither was juggling school, parenthood, and re-defining personal autonomy while navigating through an influx of postpartum hormones. The chaos of parenthood was worsened when I was unable to provide sustenance for my child. The torment was too much. With an amazing doula, the expertise of brilliant lactation consultants and a supportive family, I persevered and was able to find a solution that worked for my family. This solution pulled me out of a dark and defeated place into a realm of confidence and empowerment. During this redefining experience, I became motivated to help new parents find their solution and confidence. I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing my internships at the Integrative Cancer Center supporting cancer care and Birth Mark Naturopathic Clinic supporting perinatal health. Prior to studying medicine, I earned a degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal. By combining my love for science with my creative side, I have built a unique skill set which flows organically when practicing naturopathic medicine. Additionally, I have completed my Naturopathic Doula certification and am well on my way to becoming a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Alongside supporting perinatal health, my practice also focuses on hormonal health, mental health, and cancer care with a special interest in breast cancer.
